Blinding headlights, grrrr.

Walking to the station tonight (after dark) because I missed the bus and didn't want to wait 40 minutes for the next one, I amused (or irritated) myself by noting the rarity of non-blinding headlights. About 80% of headlamps were maladjusted, completely blinding pedestrians. 100% of SUV lights were poorly adjusted, and the most painfully blinding were the 'hoon' cars (lowered, wind resistance kits, blue tinted lights, etc). Not one car lowered their lights, which either indicates that they did not care about pedestrians and left their lights on high beam, or they didn't know how bad their normal lights were. Remind me to leave earlier, it's the only way to avoid a headache from the stupid cars!
